Neocolor II Single crayon – Scarlet

A watersoluble wax pastel crayon that has a soft, velvety texture and does not crumble.  It has an ultra-high pigment concentration and has superior covering power.  The colours are luminous and has excellent light resistance.  It can be used wet or dry on various materials, it is also used like water colour. These crayons are developed and manufactured in Switzerland.
